Customer cancels the service
Cancel the service 10 days before departure: charge 30% of tour ticket.

Cancel the service before 3-5 days of departure: charge 75% of tour ticket.
Cancellation before 0 - 3 days before departure: 100% of the tour price
Customers move the service to another day

Company canceled the service
Since this is an individual tour, there will be cases where there are not enough delegations to depart.
Within 03 days before departure, the Company will notify the reason and expect the Company to support the rescheduling.
If customer disagrees: The company will refund
In case the Company informs later than 03 days before departure date and there is no departure date, or other route suitable to the customer request, the Company will refund all the paid guest money (excluding flight tickets if You join the tour by flight) for you.
